University Interscholastic League to provide students with
disabilities access to team sports.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 2193 would require the University Interscholastic League to ensure students with disabilities have an opportunity to participate in team athletic activities by establishing an inclusive sports program.
