HB 1910 would extend the deadline for a nonprofit organization to file a written application with the governing body of a municipality to establish or use a cemetery located inside the boundaries of the municipality to September 1, 2024 from 2020. This only applies to a county with a population of more than 3.3 million.
Texas Action is neutral on HB 1910.
