Relating to a requirement that operators of wind power facilities post signs with certain identifying information.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated
HB 1842 would require an operator of a wind power facility to post at each entrance to the facility a sign that includes the the name of the facility, appropriate contact information for the facility, emergency contact information, and other information as proscribed by the bill.
Texas Action remains neutral on HB 1842.
