Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 1278 would require the Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless to meet annually to hold public hearings on homelessness issues in at least one county located in a rural area and one county located in an urban area of the state.
