HB 4716 would repeal subchapter HH of the Uniform Municipal Courts of Record Act. This bill would only apply to a municipal court in the City of Rowlett and would allow the court to operate under general provisions rather than provisions that are only applied to Rowlett.
Texas Action is neutral on HB 4716 as it doesn't affect our liberty principles.
