Relating to requiring the Texas Education Agency to provide to a school district certain information used in determining academic accountability ratings for the district.
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
HB 3007 would require the Texas Education Agency to provide school districts a copy of all of the source data used for accountability ratings that was provided to the TEA by an entity other than the school district. This would be done prior to the release of the initial ratings.
This bill does not appear to affect our liberty principles and we remain neutral.
