Bill Analysis

HB 2668 would authorize the comptroller to dissolve a direct-support organization established by the Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board if the comptroller finds that the purpose of the organization has been substantially complied with and orders the dissolution. The board would be required to transfer all of the funds and property to the Texas Match the Promise Foundation or a successor entity.
