HB 260 would create a web site, developed in collaboration by The Texas Department of Transportation and the Texas A&M Transportation Institute that would show real-time information regarding vehicle movement at border crossings with the purpose of providing information to help alleviate traffic congestion at and around ports of entry between Texas and Mexico.
