Bill Analysis

HB 165 would authorize students in special education programs to earn credits on their chosen course of study. The bill would allow the endorsements to be transferred to the student's transcripts with or without modifications of the curriculum. The new requirements would be under the supervision of the State Board of Education.

Vote Recommendation Notes
