Bill Analysis

HB 1495 would allow Montgomery County to create a County Ethics Commission. It would also allow a certain commissioners court to adopt a code of ethics that provides standards of conduct for members of the commissioners court.

Vote Recommendation Notes

Texas Action remains neutral on HB 1495 as it does not affect our liberty principles.
