Bill Analysis

This bill would allow alternative education and dropout recovery programs to include internet based programs that will lead to job certification or a high school diploma.

Vote Recommendation Notes

HB 3706 would allow school districts to use non-traditional alternative education methods in order to educate at risk youth. This affirms our principle of limited government and personal responsibility; therefore we support this bill.
