No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
HB 2010 would mandate the Texas Education Agency to collect information on the workplace training standards of school districts. In addition, a school district would be authorized to encourage educators to include the workplace
safety training information in the curriculum of students in grades 7 through 12.
