Bill Analysis
This legislation would amend current law to give certain political subdivisions the authority of to change the date of their general elections to be conducted no later than December 31, 2016.
Vote Recommendation Notes
This legislation gives political subdivisions the ability to change the date of their general elections if the board of directors of the election authority sees it to be in the best interest of those they represent within that jurisdiction. We remain neutral on this legislation.
