Relating to privileged parking for Distinguished Flying Cross medal recipients.

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Bill Analysis
This legislation allows those who have been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross medal to be exempt from payment of parking fees collected through parking meters charged by a governmental authority other than a branch of the federal government.
Vote Recommendation Notes
The parking fee exemption has already been established for several other military honorariums. This legislation simply extends the current accommodation to recipients of an military honor not already included on the list. We remain neutral.
