Bill Analysis
HB 1425 would amend the statutes to increase the fee for executing or processing an issued arrest warrant, capias, or capias pro fine to $75. This would be an increase of $25 from the current fee imposed.

HB 1425 increases a fee, but we will remain neutral as this concerns a procedural matter in the courts system.
