Vote Recommendation Notes

05/08/2015 We still support this bill in the second chamber. Second chamber sponsor is Senator Hall.

This bill affirms the principle of limited government, therefore we support this legislation. The principle of limited government is bolstered by legislation that causes government processes to be more efficient. HB 1246 would achieve this goal by allowing updated delivery methods that are now common to society.
