The bill would amend the Election Code to determine the residence for voter registration purposes.

We support this legislation for it's commitment to personal responsibility. This bill would allow anyone with multiple state issued forms of identification to register to vote, as long as it is not expired. It also gives several caveats for those citizens who have not obtained state issued identification to be eligible for voter registration if they provide legal affidavits. We appreciate the tenors this legislation embraces, specifically the adage "trust, but verify."
