The bill would amend the Election Code to modify the requirements of a person to be eligible for
appointment of Tabulation Supervisor.
Bill Analysis
This legislation would amend the Election Code to change the requirements of a person to be eligible for
appointment of Tabulation Supervisor. Under the provisions of this bill a Tabulation Supervisor could be a registered voter of the political subdivision
served by the authority establishing the counting station or an
employee of the political subdivision that adopts or owns the
voting system.
