Summary: SB 517 would create a manufacturer’s self-distribution permit which would allow manufacturers more freedom to sell their products.

Analysis: SB 517 would increase competition and allow brewers to more easily move their product to market. This moves closer to free market principles than the current system. We support SB 517.
