Bill Analysis

Summary: Currently, a county issues a warrant for a blood sample in intoxication related offense. However, this warrant cannot be used outside of the county. HB 516 would allow a warrant issued in one county to be used in the counties that border it.

Analysis: HB 516 does not fall under any of our liberty principles. We remain neutral on HB 516.
