Summary: HB 3153 would rearrange some judicial districts such as the 216th and 198th. This bill would create a new judicial district. This bill would create the 1st Multicounty Court at Law.

Analysis: Having an effective system of justice is a necessary and proper role of government. However, HB 3153 is a clear expansion of government. We are neutral on this legislation.
