Bill Analysis

Summary: HB 2709 would task the Department of State Health Services to develop a plan that promoted education and awareness of diseases caused by Streptococcus pneumonia.  This program would not create any mandates or allow for any additional department spending.

Analysis: HB 2709 would create a potentially valuable education tool for the Department of State Health Services, however, the legislation does not address any of our liberty principles.
