Bill Analysis

Summary: HB 2133 would amend the public policy section of the Water Code to add water reuse and treatment technology development to the list of considerations for the preservation of the state’s natural resources.

Analysis: HB 2133 would not expand government or require any additional state spending or regulation of private companies. HB 2133 does not offend any of our liberty principles.
